Tires-Easy.com Reviews & Complaints – My Bad Experience

Warning: Before buying tires from tires-easy.com, read this review. Many customers report misleading pricing, hidden fees, broken cancellation, and poor service.

Main issues I experienced with Tires-Easy.com:
• Mobile checkout hides the real total until after you enter credit card details.
• "Cancel within 30 minutes" policy exists, but the cancellation page is broken.

Broken Cancellation Request Page

Tires-Easy.com advertises that you can cancel orders within 30 minutes. However, in my experience, their cancellation form is broken. It let me reach step 4, only to be greeted with a Submit button that was greyed out, and did nothing. Multiple browsers were tried, same result. The process was, and may still be, completely broken. Because of this, I missed the 30 minute window and tires-easy.com would not cancel the order.

Other Customer Complaints About Tires-Easy.com

I'm not alone. Many people report similar problems: hidden handling and recycle fees that only appear late in checkout, very old tires being shipped, wrong tire models, long hold times with no callback, and difficulty getting refunds or cancellations.

Misleading Mobile Checkout – Hidden Fees

My purchase on a mobile device left me stunned when I saw the final price, which jumped nearly twenty dollars upon checkout. The last price I saw before entering my credit card data was forty nine dollars and change (*for the example below, the price had gone down a couple bucks at the time of screenshot). The **actual total** (including handling fees, recycle fees, etc.) was buried way down at the bottom, but I had no idea it was there. I just entered my credit card information as it appeared to be the next step. Keep in mind, this is on mobile, the next page of the checkout appears and asks for credit card information with no indication that the user should scroll all the way down the page first to view the total. This is a DARK PATTERN!

The issue is this, you only see the real amount **after** scrolling past the credit card entry fields. The final total should appear clearly **above** the payment section.

Bottom line: Many customers feel Tires-Easy.com uses dark patterns and has unreliable service. Consider alternatives like Tire Rack, Discount Tire, or Costco for a smoother experience.
